Ivy Tech Warsaw Campus Dedication

Jerry Noble, Mark Joseph & Mandy Bordeaux traveled to Warsaw Thursday, October 6th for the dedication of the beautiful new Ivy Tech Warsaw Campus.  Honored guest at the occasion was former First Lady Laura Bush.The new campus near US 30 on the city’s northwest side is designed for future expansion.  The 43,000 sf environmentally friendly building features classrooms, computer labs, distance learning rooms, student commons, bookstore and virtual library.  LEED Silver certification is being pursued.Team members include L’Acquis Consulting Engineers and The Hagerman Group.

Ivy Tech Sellersburg’s Ogle Hall Opens for Students

A few of the “unofficial” photos of the beautiful new building at Ivy Tech Sellersburg.  Still a few items to finish up – including submitting for LEED certification (pursuing Silver), but the building is open to students.  Great job Ivy Team!! Ivy Tech Warsaw’s New Campus Taking Shape

Those heading west on US30 past Warsaw may have noticed that construction has begun on the new Ivy Tech Warsaw campus and classroom building.  Located at US30 and Silveus Crossing, the new Warsaw campus is designed to fit into its prairie-like setting.  Plans call for a 43,000 s.f. building with classrooms, labs, library, bookstore, student lounge, and offices.  LEED Silver certification is being pursued, with construction to be complete August of 2011.Once the snow stops and the sun comes out again (and only the groundhogs know for sure when that will be), we will post construction progress photos.

Ivy Tech Sellersburg Nearing Completion

Check out the latest construction photos from the beautiful new Ogle Hall on the Ivy Tech Sellersburg campus!  This new 78,500 SF  building with 26 classrooms, 2 two-way distance learning classrooms, Auditorium and Community Center will be opening to students next month.Work is also continuing on the renovations to the existing campus building, which is due to be complete in the spring.Read more about this project here

Green Building Milestone

The U.S. Green Building Council recently announced that over one billion square feet of commercial projects had been certified. Part of that was achieved with the Sweetwater Sound headquarters which achieved LEED Platinum. We also have a number of projects with Ball State University and Ivy Tech Community College that are registered and working towards certification. But whether or not our clients choose LEED certification, we understand the dynamics of image, function, environment and technology; efficiency, sustainability, and expandability, and we strive for the very best for our clients.
