PROJECT ARCHITECT

Job Description:
Project Architect's responsibilities include day-to-day overall project coordination of all phases from design through construction administration of one or more architectural projects and to ensure that projects meet client's expectations.

Requirements:
Candidate must be experienced in all aspects of architectural practice including design, construction documents, specifications and construction administration. Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited Architectural program with a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience and CADD proficient. State registration is desirable.

GRADUATE ARCHITECT
We are not currently hiring for this position.

Job Description:
Graduate's responsibilities include all aspects of practice as required for the Intern Development Program. Preference would be strengths in design, presentation and coordination in order to produce the most balanced and interesting solutions possible.

Requirements:
Degree from an accredited college of architecture. Interest in working in a team oriented environment.

INTERN ARCHITECT
We are not currently hiring for this position.

Job Description:
Intern's responsibilities include assistance in preparing schematic design, design development, construction documents as well as other tasks needed by the firm. Intern will assist in developing conceptual and presentation drawings.

Requirements:
A basic knowledge of architecture, building materials, construction methods and CADD. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited Architectural program leading to a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
We are not currently hiring for this position.

Job Description:
HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design for hospitals, higher education, offices etc. Great opportunity to design systems for a wide variety of projects.

Requirements:
Five years minimum related experience. CAD experience a plus but not required. ME or MET degree.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
