Complementing our full service design approach and addressing the ever-increasing needs of our clients in the medical community, in 1995 MSKTD established an in-house Healthcare Group, adding specialized Healthcare Planning to our list of in-house services.
MSKTD's in-house team of Architects, Engineers, Planners, and Interior Designers possess the requisite experience to focus on the unique and demanding concepts of medical planning and design. Led by Chuck Braden, principal/senior planner and former hospital facilities administrator, our Healthcare Group has a combined profile of over 50 years of hospital and physician practice design experience, resulting in approximately 2.5 million square feet of successful space. Our key to success revolves around understanding how physicians, nurses and staff work, how they think, and how we can help them practice medicine more efficiently.
Ultimately, the success of working with hospital and physician clients comes down to expertise, trust, and communication. MSKTD is unique because we have healthcare provider's experience, and we can truly view the project from their perspective.
