A Special Day for Downtown Fort Wayne

The Ash Corporate headquarters was dedicated at 1:00 PM on June 1, 2016! The 95,000 square-foot facility is part of the new $70 million Ash Skyline Plaza. Just before Memorial Day, Ash Brokerage moved over 200 personnel into the new campus and has the capacity to expand to almost twice that size. This signature mixed-use development is transforming downtown Fort Wayne: Truly making Fort Wayne Greater!

The first floor of the complex houses 21,000 square feet of retail space, drawing people in from the city streets. These spaces, also designed by MSKTD, include tenants such as a Lake City Bank, an executive-style fitness facility operated by the YMCA, “The Golden” restaurant, and “The Find” gift shop, among others.
