In addition to his responsibilities as MSKTD's Director of Marketing, Jim's design efforts are focused toward programming and conceptual design. His design expertise, consensus-building skills and keen understanding of our client's needs have been the key to many successful projects.
Jim's programming and design talents have recently been focused toward our Academic and Healthcare client groups. With MSKTD's Academic division, he is currently working for clients Ball State University, Manchester College, Ivy Tech Community College and Indiana University. His involvement with our Healthcare Group is focused toward the design of medical buildings and long term care facilities, and includes such clients as Timbercrest, NeuroSpine & Pain Center, and Lutheran Hospital. Jim is most proud of the many community enhancing projects he has worked on in downtown Fort Wayne over the past 28 years; notably, the Museum of Art, the Grand Wayne Center expansion, Standard Federal Plaza, the Embassy Centre, and the RiverGreenway.

George leads MSKTD's Food Processing & Industrial Design team. This team has completed over 150 projects in 21 states ranging from dairy, to snack foods, to meat processing facilities. The innovative hygienic building systems developed by the team create facilities that are USDA and FDA compliant. Recently designed facilities include clients such as T. Marzetti, Cooper Farms, Eagle Foods, Meijer Supermarkets, Edy's Grand Ice Cream, Dairiconcepts, as well as Vera Bradley and Zimmer.
George is NCARB certified and licensed in 20 states. He has also been a speaker at national Food Facility Design forums and conferences, providing the food processing industry with in-depth information, based on over 25 years of experience in designing such facilities.
George's personal passion for history and preservation has led to a large number of Historic Preservation and Restoration projects. George has 8 buildings that have been placed on the National Register of Historic Places to his credit. He is currently working on the restoration of a number of historic buildings on the campus of Ball State University.

Gary leads our Academic and Educational Facility Design team on projects ranging from child care centers and secondary schools to Colleges and Universities. His specialized expertise in Higher Education facilities has put him in the forefront of the design of these facilities in the State of Indiana.
Gary's project resume includes Secondary school districts as Kokomo Center Schools, Eastern Howard Schools, Plymouth Community Schools, Fort Wayne Community Schools, Southwest Allen Co. Schools, Northwest Allen Co. Schools, MSD of Steuben Co. and DeKalb Co. Central United Schools.
More prominent is his work with our University clients such as Ball State University, Indiana University, Purdue University, Valparaiso University and Manchester College. Projects of note include the following: the
Student Services & Classroom building at the IU East campus in Richmond, Indiana, a new
Library Building and University Center Expansion and Renovation at the IU Southeast campus in New Albany, Indiana, the
Letterman Communication Media Building and the Center for Media Design projects at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, the
Aviation Technology Expansion at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, the
Medical Education Building at IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana and the Sports Fieldhouse at Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana, the

In addition to his education projects, Gary's project design experience includes several major commercial retail developments, various office buildings in the Fort Wayne area and work with the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo.

Pete's construction background brings "build ability" to our ideas. He serves as our link between the construction and architectural domains by bringing a contractor's point-of-view to a project, which results in good, cost-effective design decisions.
As director of our "Build" division, he has been responsible for managing the successful design and construction of medical projects such as Premier Ambulatory Surgery Center and Dupont Surgery Center. Commercial projects have included North Pointe Cinemas in Warsaw, IN, and construction management services for the new luxury suites and press boxes at the Michigan International Speedway. Industrial projects have included a Spiral Freezer addition for Edys Ice Cream and a major plant expansion for Ford Meter Box in Wabash, IN. Public projects have included the construction administration of the design and construction of 11 branch locations for the Allen County Public Library system. Currently under design and construction is the new corporate Campus for Vera Bradley Designs.
Of note in Pete's resume is his work with federal agencies including Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Defense. HUD projects have included those in the cities of Fort Wayne, Angola, Kendallville, Fremont, and Rome City. Regional DOD projects have included the Indiana Air National Guard, Ft Wayne, IN and the Ohio Air National Guard in Springfield, OH.

As a member of MSKTD's Healthcare Group, Jerry's strength is in all phases of project development, from programming through construction administration, with special emphasis on DOH and building code requirements for hospital and physician medical facilities.
In addition to his work with our Healthcare Group, Jerry has managed many of MSKTD's largest projects. He is perhaps most identified with his project work at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum and Exposition Center, designing and managing over $50 million of construction work at the coliseum since 1986 - including the "raising of the roof" skybox addition and renovation of the arena. Other notable work includes the expansion of Fort Wayne's
Grand Wayne Center; the new
SweetWater campus; additions and renovations to Ivy Tech's Fort Wayne campus; numerous projects at Fort Wayne's Lutheran Hospital, and YMCA's in Columbia City, Kendallville, Nashville, Angola, Warsaw, and Spencer, Indiana.

Bringing twenty years of hospital administrative expertise to the MSKTD team, Chuck leads our Director,
Healthcare Group with planning and programming for hospitals, medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers.
Chuck's master planning efforts have resulted in major renovation and expansion projects on numerous urban and rural hospital campuses.
In addition, Chuck's healthcare team efforts are devoted to strategic planning for hospitals and physician group practices as they remain competitive in the dynamic market place. As technological advances demand changes to the traditional models of patient care, innovative and creative design criteria are a top priority.

As a registered Engineer with the state of Indiana and with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), Mike leads our
Mechanical Engineering Department in the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a wide variety of projects ranging from educational facilities, office buildings, recreation buildings (YMCA's), hospitals and sports arenas.
Mike and his team have had great success designing systems for Indiana University, Lutheran Hospital, Kosciusko Hospital, The Grand Wayne Center, Allen County Public Library, Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, YMCA, Fort Wayne Community Schools, Ivy Tech, Southwest Allen County Schools, Kokomo Schools, Zimmer , ITT, Fort Wayne International Airport, Dekalb Hospital, Dukes Hospital, and more.
One of Mike's specialties is the design of energy efficient thermal ice storage systems. But, regardless of what the clients priorities are, low energy use or low installed cost, Mike and his department can and will meet the challenge.

As the head of our
Electrical Engineering Department, Jon has developed a very competent and experienced staff of Electrical Engineers. Under his guidance, the Electrical Engineering Department continues to grow as the personnel attend seminars, code updates, engineering courses and new engineering products and systems.
Jon has extensive experience with design of power distribution, innovative lighting and state-of-the art telecommunications systems. He also specializes in handling unique Electrical Engineering challenges, such as control systems, power quality issues, EMF & RF shielding, Energy Savings Analysis and Energy Management Systems.
The Electrical Engineering Department at MSKTD & Associates prides itself on being well respected for their sound design, the completeness and quality of their electrical drawings, and their responsiveness to the clients needs. In addition, Jon is very involved with Engineering Societies such as IEEE, BiCSi, AFE and IES.

Bob's design and project management experience encompass a wide array of project types - from work with our Academic & Healthcare Groups to prominent commercial and community-enhancing projects throughout the state. His true skill comes in managing the entire project from its inception to completion. His approach and philosophy are tried and true methods . . . coordinate and manage the design, schedule and budget while keeping the Owner informed at all times.
Bob's Educational experience includes work with Purdue University, Ball State University, Indiana University, Indiana University Southeast, IUPUI and Indianapolis Public Schools. Healthcare design experience includes clients Marion General Hospital, Kosciusko Community Hospital, Ear Nose & Throat Associates, and Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. As a registered Professional Engineer with twenty-five years in the engineering field he has worked with a wide variety of mechanical systems and infrastructure. Research laboratories, K-12, university campuses, medical manufacturing, hazardous material manufacturing and steel mills are among a long list project theaters located world-wide.
His specialties include thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, mechanics, automation and project management. These apt skills are applied to HVAC, plumbing, fire-protection, industrial processes, manufacturing infrastructure, energy conversion, cleanroom systems,
