Complete renovation of all major portions of the building except for the administration offices. This renovation will convert the former library space into student support space, enhancing student government offices, recreational areas, food service and common spaces, creation of a conference center and update of financial aid, bursar and registrar. The total renovation amounts to 88,000 sf of space. Included in this project is an addition to the University Conference Center North building. This 8,000 sf addition will double the commons seating area for student dining and will expand the second level conference space.
