The Manchester College Union project was a total renovation and addition to the existing facility totaling almost 50,000 s.f. The renovated building and additions serves as the only dining facility for the college and included new meeting and banquet areas as well as the Student Career Services and support offices. The campus bookstore, student mailboxes, art gallery, and the Oaks Lounge were also included and make the building a magnet for student and visitors alike. Completed in 2007.
