Sweetwater is one of the leading e-retailers of musical instruments & equipment. Now their corporate campus reflects this leadership and commitment to excellence. Their new corporate headquarters has received LEED® Platinum certification, placing this facility among the nation's most environmentally friendly. MSKTD & Associates was honored to lead this exciting, yet challenging design process!
The project represents a $35.0 mil investment. The campus encompasses 150,000 square feet, including a distribution/warehouse/shipping center, an auditorium with multiple recording studios, an advanced technical training center, and retail store. Employee-driven amenities include a health club/racquetball court, indoor/outdoor restaurant style dining, coffee shop and recreational items such as pool tables and putting greens. Other unique services include a print shop and a concierge desk offering professional services to any employee or guest!
The 44-acre new campus is the 2nd LEED® Platinum certified facility in Indiana.
