Featured in the exterior design are a picnic area, tree-covered parking, sloping gardens, an area for weddings and a casual, natural amphitheater overlooking a pond. Indoors, features include office space, small meeting room space, a spacious foyer, a catering kitchen, a reception hall, stage and large deck overlooking the pond.
