New 29,000 square foot building replacing the existing on Brooklyn Avenue, built in 1956 as one of the city's first "suburban" medical buildings.
The new building houses eight full time Family Physicians, as well as Lab, X-ray, Urgent Care and Physical Therapy services.
Construction completed November 2004.
