Clarian North Medical Center - Cath Lab and Observation Unit

MSKTD & Associates is proud to have provided another successful project to Clarian North as we grow our relationship together. This project is a new private 10-Bed Recovery and Observation Unit and support spaces. Construction of this unit was complete in June 2009. The project encompassed 4,200 square foot renovation of existing administration area to better serve the Imaging, Catheterization, and Surgical Units.
In addition to providing post cardiac accommodations via the new Observation Unit, the Catheterization Suite is the creation of a state-of-the-art EP (Electro Physiology) Lab, renovation of a 6-Bed Patient Preparation area including new Waiting and Consultation Rooms. The design incorporates a new identity or 'front door' to the cath area with a fresh and rich environment while incorporating improved patient flow and staff support. The 4,000 square foot renovation was completed within a 12-week construction schedule ending September 2009.
