Renovation of exterior finishes at a 3-building condominium development located on Clear Lake in Northeast Indiana. Scope of renovation included installation of new stone facade, insulated vinyl siding, roofing and trim. MSKTD provided several renovation options via exterior renderings based on existing photographs for the condominium association/owners to choose from and the end result is a hybrid of several options. The project still under construction and is set for completion by Memorial Day 2008.
