Rothberg Logan Warsco
Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing building located on the east edge of the central business district in downtown Fort Wayne. The design solution totally transformed a publicly visible and worn-out 90-year-old building with a 40-year-old addition into a new vibrant building ready to serve its new occupants, law firm Rothberg Logan Warsco.
The existing building, which sat empty for several years prior to construction, included an original two-story car dealership constructed in 1920 and a one-story office addition constructed in 1970. The project de-constructed the building down to its concrete and steel structure and masonry facades. The remaining building shell was then built-out including all new plumbing, HVAC, power, communication and lighting systems. New exterior facades were applied and the remaining vacant site was improved to include a new parking lot, landscaping and lighting.
