MSKTD Leadership

The architecture, construction, and engineering (ACE) Mentor Program of America helps mentor high school students and inspires them to pursue careers in design and construction. MSKTD architect and ACE mentor, Andrew Adegbamigbe, spoke to Decatur Central High School students on Monday about architecture and the design process. Andrew has been an active ACE mentor for three years.

Also today, the Veterans Plaza at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum was dedicated at the conclusion of the parade on Parnell Avenue.

Symbiosis? Coincidence?

Blog_PlaneI’m sure there’s a better word… The moving of the F-84F jet to the new Veteran’s Plaza for MSKTD longtime client the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is one of the many improvement projects currently underway at this historic facility. The plane will be placed in a refurbished Veteran’s plaza at the far north end of the building just outside Memorial Hall. It will appear to be taking off toward the corner of Parnell and Coliseum where more than 50,000 vehicle pass each day. Coincidentally, Kenneth Fritz, a member of the team involved in originally mounting the jet and now moving it to its new home, is the father of MSKTD’s own Tyrone Fritz.
