Architect; Founding Principalhttps://www.msktd.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/JRK-Color-2-3.jpgJim Kratzat260.432.9337jrk@msktd.com"Sir Winston Churchill said, 'We shape our buildings; thereafter, they shape us.' That's a heavy responsibility; buildings last a long time - we'd better do a great job!"
As a founding principal of MSKTD, Jim has designed or been on the team for many of our projects, large and small. His interest has always been in providing design services for a variety of project types – making people's experiences with the places they live, work and play positively affected by architecture.
From 2007-2018, Jim served as President and Treasurer of MSKTD. In addition to being a working Architect, his most important responsibility has been maintaining an attitude, culture, and atmosphere for both offices so that our people have the right motivation and tools to perform their best.
What Jim enjoys most is working with people - both in our office, in our community and with our customers. At any one time, he is actively involved in several community and non-profit organizations. He served on the founding board of Mad Anthony's Children's Hope Hospitality House, helping them bring their dreams to fruition.
