MSKTD is the architect for Borg Warner’s Indiana Tech Center.  The facility will be located just off of I-69 in Noblesville, Indiana.  The two-story Corporate Office/Research & Development complex will encompass approximately 100,000 square feet and feature an open-office work environment.

“We’ve been working pretty hard on this opportunity since last October”, said Bob Harmeyer, Principal-In-Charge for the MSKTD Indy Office.  “We developed different conceptual designs to meet the owner’s needs and to take full advantage of the various properties being considered.  The Noblesville site was a “win” for everyone involved!”

MSKTD is providing all architectural and interior design services for this project, Hagerman is the general contractor, and the project is being developed by Great Lakes Capital.

The ground-breaking ceremony took place June 23, 2017.

Lutheran Hospital Expanding Emergency Department

MSKTD is excited to design the new Emergency Department at Lutheran Hospital.  The renovations and additions to the department will improve the experience that patients, family members, and staff have when dealing with an emergency.   The total project is estimated to cost $6.1 Million and encompass a total of 28,000 square feet.  The most notable improvements include:

Addition of a CT Suite dedicated to the Emergency Department providing immediate access for critical patients;

Additional private trauma rooms to increase patient privacy, comfort, and satisfaction;

Creation of a “results waiting room” to minimize patient wait times in exam rooms; and

New 8-bed Observation Unit so that patients can efficiently receive care as their treatment progresses, freeing ED/Inpatient rooms for additional patients.

Many other details and features will make the newly renovated Lutheran Emergency Department much more patient-centric!  The project is anticipated to be finished in the summer of 2018.  Learn more here!
