ARCHITECTURAL TECH (FORT WAYNE OFFICE ONLY)

Our Fort Wayne, Indiana office is seeking candidates for the position of Architectural Technician and Draftsperson.  Applicants should have 2 to 5 years experience in higher education, office, commercial or similar related experience. They will work closely with Senior Project Management/Senior Project Architects in developing various project designs and documentation.

Applicants must have an Associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar.   A Bachelor’s degree is a plus. This position will require strong communication, time management, and organization skills. Candidate must be able to show initiative, carry basic and complex concepts and ideas to completion with minimal direction and guidance.  Must also work efficiently and productively in a team-based organization with a primary focus on academic and higher education design projects.  Other skills we are looking for include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Field work and field measuring of facilities.
  • Coordination with engineering disciplines and engineering details.
  • Construction document production and coordination.
  • Development and refinement of project details.

EXPERIENCED ARCHITECT (INDIANAPOLIS OFFICE)

Our Indianapolis office is seeking creative licensed architects with 8-10 years of academic, educational or higher education facilities or similar related experience to work closely with Senior Management and Senior Project Architects/Managers in developing project designs and documentation for various projects in our Higher Education and Academic vertical market.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university for architecture and be licensed in the State of Indiana (or eligible to become licensed). This position will require strong communication, time management, and organization skills. Candidate must be able to show initiative, carry concepts and ideas to completion with minimal direction and guidance, and work efficiently and productively in a team-based organization.

MECHANICAL CAD TECHNICIAN/DRAFTSPERSON (Fort Wayne)

MSKTD is looking for a CAD Technician/Draftsperson with an Associates of Applied Science in Design Technology, Construction Technology or similar degree.  Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical systems of commercial facilities or similar experience.  This position requires excellent written/oral communication, time management and organization skills. Candidate must be able to show initiative, carry basic ideas to completion with minimal direction and guidance. Revit experience and proficiency is a must. AutoCAD experience is a plus. Our Fort Wayne office is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2-7 years of designing academic, commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities or similar related experience to work closely with Project Architects/Managers/Engineers in developing project designs and documentation.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university for engineering. This position will require strong communication, time management, and organization skills. Candidate must be able to show initiative, carry basic concepts and ideas to completion with minimal direction and guidance, and work efficiently and productively in a team-based organization; additionally, site observation responsibilities, as well as field documentation and analysis of existing buildings. Working knowledge of engineering software, spreadsheets, word processing software and Adobe products are a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit is a must. Candidate must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

This is a full time position with an immediate start date. Education requirement of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.  EIT certification or Professional Engineering License is a plus.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (FORT WAYNE OFFICE)

Our Fort Wayne office is seeking an experienced structural engineering candidate to expand that department.

The position requires knowledge of structural engineering design for concrete, steel and masonry buildings. Work will include structural design and construction documents for large industrial and commercial projects. Additionally site observation responsibilities, as well as field documentation and analysis of existing buildings. Working knowledge of engineering software, spreadsheets, word processing software and Adobe products are a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit is a must. Candidate needs to be proficient in the English language and have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

This is a full time position with immediate start date. Education requirement of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering and be EIT certified. A Professional Engineering License is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Structural Engineering in various materials: Concrete, Steel, Masonry, Wood, etc.
  • Slab, floor system foundation design, column design, wall design
  • Lateral analysis & design, wind & seismic
  • Coordination with BIM models using Revit
  • Coordination of drawings with other disciplines (architects, mechanical engineers, etc.)
  • Response to RFI’s
  • Review of shop drawings
  • Field visits
  • Attend project meetings

Qualifications:

  • EIT or PE certification
  • 5+ years of experience in structural design
  • Experience with RAM and Revit Structure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering,
