MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA)

MSKTD is looking for an innovative, self-motivated, and experienced candidate to help drive our marketing communications and graphic design efforts. The candidate will be part of our business development and marketing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support and grow into business development responsibilities.
  • Research and develop potential client contacts within our vertical markets.
  • Maintain MSKTD brand standards.
  • Update social media and website.
  • Create print, digital, web, and interactive graphic designs for MSKTD marketing efforts.
  • Design and develop print and digital marketing collateral including proposals, presentations, advertisements, brochures, magazines, and other creative pieces.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as graphic design resource for our architectural, interiors and engineering design teams.

What are the requirements of the position?

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design (print, digital).
  • Equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent visual, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Diverse portfolio of previous client work showing your creative approach to design.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and MS Office required.
  • Photography skills a plus!

ARCHITECTURAL TECH (FORT WAYNE, INDIANA)

Our Fort Wayne, Indiana office is seeking candidates for the position of Architectural Technician and Draftsperson. Applicants should have 2 to 5 years experience in higher education, office, commercial or similar related experience. They will work closely with Senior Project Management/Senior Project Architects in developing various project designs and documentation.

Applicants must have an Associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus. This position will require strong communication, time management, and organization skills. Candidate must be able to show initiative, carry basic and complex concepts and ideas to completion with minimal direction and guidance. Must also work efficiently and productively in a team-based organization with a primary focus on academic and higher education design projects. Other skills we are looking for include, but are not limited to, the following:

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (FORT WAYNE, INDIANA)

Our Fort Wayne office is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2-7 years of designing academic, commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities or similar related experience to work closely with Project Architects/Managers/Engineers in developing project designs and documentation.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university for engineering. This position will require strong communication, time management, and organization skills. Candidate must be able to show initiative, carry basic concepts and ideas to completion with minimal direction and guidance, and work efficiently and productively in a team-based organization; additionally, site observation responsibilities, as well as field documentation and analysis of existing buildings. Working knowledge of engineering software, spreadsheets, word processing software and Adobe products are a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit is a must. Candidate must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

This is a full time position with an immediate start date. Education requirement of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. EIT certification or Professional Engineering License is a plus.
